So far this product has performed well, sounds good and strong when shredding, no bogging down or struggling. No jams but haven't done a CD or credit card yet. Responds immediately when on auto for shredding, so far a good buy.

It grinds up paper without a problem, many sheet at a time. I used it a lot for cards and CD's. It works great, but does heat up after a while. It's protection feature makes it stop if it gets too hot. We let it cool down for a few minutes and it worked fine again. It also grinds things up finely enough that the basket fills more efficiently. When it's full, it's really full. No problems, highly recommended.

Am extremely impressed and very pleased with this Aurora Shredder. It looks good, it is compact, well engineered and does a fantastic job.

Excellent size, powerful motor. Undocumented feature I encounter is that the unit when working for about 50 continues minutes will shut off. It appears to be done to prevent motor burn out.
I recommend this unit.
